Thepredicted molecular weight of the recombinant M-CSF with His tag polypeptideis 20.4 kDa, but the recombinant protein migrates with an apparent molecularmass of 21 kDa in SDS-PAGE.
• Source: Hordeum vulgare(barley grain). Barley grain exhibits up to 50 times less protease activitythan E. coli or mammalian cells. Barley seed is void of any human or animalviral contaminants that could jeopardize cell culture.
