Cat. No. : NFATC1-1274H
Description : NFATC1 is a member of the NFATfamily of proteins which are Ca2+/calcineurin-responsivetranscription factors primarily recognized for their central roles in Tlymphocyte activation and cardiac valve development. NFAT consists of atleast two components: a preexisting cytosolic component that translocates tothe nucleus upon T-cell receptor (TCR) stimulation, and an inducible nuclearcomponent.
Source : E. coli
