Maybe an important regulator of interactions between T-cells and dendritic cellsand may play a role in the regulation of the T-cell-dependent immuneresponse. May also play an important role in enhanced bone-resorption inhumoral hypercalcemia of malignancy.
Protein Costruction: DNAsequences coding OPGL antibody heavy and light chains cotransfected to hostcell were expressed with a human Igκ signal in light chain.
