• Description: Il12b is apleiotropic cytokine originally identified in the medium of activated human Blymphoblastoid cell lines. Il12b has multiple effectson T cells and NK cells and is a key mediator in the development of Th1cells. Il12b is aheterodimeric cytokine containing two disulfidelinked subunits, p35 and p40.
