Recombinant Mouse PIM3 (Active), GST-tagged

Cat.No. : PIM3-1457M
Product Overview : Recombinant full-length mouse PIM3 was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag.
Description : PIM3 or pim-3 oncogene belongs to a family of protooncogenes that encode serine/threonine protein kinases. Pim-3 expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma development and plays a main role in the proliferation of human hepatoma cell lines. Pim-3 also expressed in human pancreatic cancer cell and phosphorylates BAD to block Bad-mediated apoptosis in human pancreatic cancer cell lines (3).
