Recombinant Human CD47, His-tagged

Cat.No.: CD47-7862H
Product Overview: Recombinant Human CD47 produced by transfected human cell is a secreted protein with sequence (Gln19Pro139) of Human CD47 fused with a polyhistidine tag at the Cterminus.
Description: CD47 is involved in the increase in intracellular calcium concentration that occurs upon cell adhesion to extracellular matrix. The protein is also a receptor for the Cterminal cellbinding domain of thrombospondin, and it may play a role in membrane transport and signal transduction. This protein has broad tissue distribution, and is reduced in expression on Rh erythrocytes.
