Ask a question
How to regulate the expression of SQSTM1 to treat disease? 07/02/2023

There are currently no treatments that directly regulate SQSTM1 expression. However, its function and interacting molecules can be studied to understand its mechanism of action and discover potential treatments.

How is the relationship between SQSTM1's structure and function? 07/23/2022

The structure of SQSTM1 determines its ability to bind to specific proteins and to regulate autophagy and signal transduction. The study of its structure can help us understand its function and mechanism of action.

What are the interactions of SQSTM1 with other proteins? 06/19/2022

SQSTM1 can interact with a variety of other proteins, including autophagy associated proteins and proteins in signal transduction pathways. These interactions enable it to regulate processes such as cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis.

What factors should be considered in drug development for SQSTM1? 11/19/2021

Drug development for SQSTM1 requires consideration of its specificity, safety, pharmacokinetic properties, and potential side effects. In addition, issues such as the dosage form, route of administration and design of clinical trials need to be considered.

Is there a relationship between the expression level of SQSTM1 and disease? 05/05/2021

Studies have shown that the expression level of SQSTM1 is associated with the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and autoimmune diseases.

What are the specific roles of SQSTM1 in cancer? 02/09/2021

In cancer, SQSTM1 may act by promoting processes such as cell growth, migration, and invasion. It could be a potential target for cancer treatment.

08/08/2023

The band clarity of SQSTM1 in Western blot is very high, which improves the confidence of the experiment.

    12/05/2021

With this recombinant protein, the experimental time of Western blot was significantly reduced.

      02/17/2020

The short half-life and high clearance of SQSTM1 allow it to better adapt to the needs of clinical treatment, providing patients with a safer and more effective treatment option.
