Recombinant Mouse LTBR, MIgG2a Fc-tagged

Cat.No.: LTBR-4557M
Product Overview: The extracellular domain of mouse LTβR (NP_034866.1) (Ser28-Leu223) is fused to the N-terminus of the Fc region of mouse IgG2a was expressed in CHO cell.
Description: This gene encodes a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. The major ligands of this receptorinclude lymphotoxin alpha/beta and tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 14. The encoded protein playsa role in signalling during the development of lymphoid and other organs, lipid metabolism, immune response, andprogrammed cell death. Activity of this receptor has also been linked to carcinogenesis. Alternatively splicedtranscript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed
