Recombinant Human CSF3R, Fc Chimera

Cat. No. : CSF3R-164H
Product Overview : Recombinant Human colony stimulating factor 3 receptor (granulocyte) encoding the signal peptide and extracellular domain of human colony stimulating factor 3 receptor (granulocyte) (aa 1-621) was fused to the Fc region of human IgG1 (aa 90-330). The chimeric protein was expressed in modifiedhuman 293 cells.
Description : Colony stimulating factor 3 receptor (granulocyte), also known as granulocyte colony-stimulating factor receptor and CD114 antigen, is a member of the cytokine receptor superfamily. Members of this family, which also includes the receptors for IL-2 to IL-7, GM-CSF, EPO, TPO and GH, are characterised by the presence of four conserved cysteine residues in their extracellular domains.
Source : Human 293 cells.
Molecular Mass : Under reducing conditions Colony stimulating factor 3 receptor – Fc Chimera migrates as a broad band between 100 and 130 kDa in SDS-PAGE due to post-translation modifications, in particular glycosylation.
pI : The unmodified Colony stimulating factor 3 receptor - Fc Chimera has a predicted pI of 6.6.
% Carbohydrate : Purified Colony stimulating factor 3 receptor - Fc Chimera consists of 5-30% carbohydrate by weight.
Glycosylation : Colony stimulating factor 3 receptor Fc Chimera contains N-linked oligosacch arides and may contain O-linked oligosaccharides.
Purity : >95%, as determined by SDS-PAGE and visualized by silver stain.
Formulation : When reconstituted in 0.5 ml sterile phosphate-buffered saline, the solution will contain 1% human serum albumin (HSA) and 10% trehalose.
Storage : Lyophilized products should be stored at 2 to 8°C. Following reconstitution short-term storage at 4°C is recommended, and longer-term storage of aliquots at -18 to -20°C. Repeated freeze thawing is not recommended.
