Description : IL-2R (T-cell growth factor receptor) consists of a chain of 55 kDa (also known as Tac antigen or p55 or alpha chain) and a p75 or Beta chain. IL-2Ralpha is over-expressed on the surface of activated T-cells, HTLV-1 or -2 positive T-cell lines, and moderately expressed on activated B-cells, NK-cells, and macrophages.

Physical Appearance : Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Formulation : sIL-2R at 100µg/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.
Applications : ELISA, Inhibition Assays, Western Blotting.
Stability : Store vial at -20℃ to -80℃. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
