Cat. No. : CDK7/CCNH/MNAT1-279H
Description : CDK7 gene is a member of the cyclin-dependent protein kinase family that is important regulators of cell cycle progression. CDK7 forms a trimeric complex with cyclin H and MAT1, which functions as a CDK-activating kinase (CAK). CDK7 is an essential component of the transcription factor TFIIH that is involved in transcription initiation and DNA repair. CDK7 is thought to serve as a direct link between the regulation of transcription and the cell cycle.
Source : Sf9 insect cells using baculovirus.
Sequence : Full-length.
Applications : Kinase Assay, Western Blot.
Storage And Stability : Store product at –70°C. For optimal storage, aliquot target into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
