Cat. No. : IL10RA-1648H
Description : Interleukin 10 receptor, alpha subunit is a subunit for the interleukin-10 receptor. IL10RA has also recently been designated CDW210A (cluster of differentiation W210A). It is structurally related to interferon receptors. It has been shown to mediate the immunosuppressive signal of interleukin 10, and thus inhibits the synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines. This receptor is reported to promote survival of progenitor myeloid cells through the insulin receptor substrate-2/PI 3-kinase/AKT pathway. Activation of this receptor leads to tyrosine phosphorylation of JAK1 and TYK2 kinases.
Source : Sf 21 Insect Cells.
State Of Matter : Lyophilized.
Purity : >97% by SDS Page and analyzed by silver stain.
Endotoxin : <0.1 ng per 1 µg as determined by the LAL method.
Molecular Weight : The predicted molecular weight of Recombinant Human IL-10 sRα is Mr 24 kDa. However, the actual molecular weight as observed by migration on SDS Page is Mr 32 kDa.
Storage And Stability : This lyophilized protein is stable for six to twelve months when stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C. After aseptic reconstitution, this protein may be stored at 2°C to 8°C for one month or at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
