Recombinant Human Prokineticin 1

Cat. No.: PROK1-335H
Description: Endocrine Gland-Derived Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (EG-VEGF) or Prokineticin-1 (PK-1) is a novel secreted protein expressed in various tissues including steroidogenic glands. Although structurally non-related to VEGF, EG-VEGF/PK-1 was shown to promote angiogenesis acting via two G-protein coupled receptors (PK-R1 and PK-R2).
Source: NSO Cells.
Molecular Weight: The predicted molecular weight of Recombinant Human EG-VEGF is Mr 10.5 kDa.
State Of Matter: Lyophilized.
Purity: >97% by SDS Page and analyzed by silver stain.
Endotoxin: <1.0 EU/µg as determined by the LAL method.
Storage And Stability: This lyophilized protein is stable for six to twelve months when stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C. After aseptic reconstitution, this protein may be stored at 2°C to 8°C for one month or at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer.
