Description : | Granzyme B (GzmB) is a serine protease that is involved in cytotoxic T lymphocyte-induced (CTL) cell death. It is reported to participate in the perforation of target cells and initiation of protelolysis that leads apoptosis. Similar to caspases, granzyme B preferentially cleaves substrate proteins with aspartic acid in the P1 position. |
