Cat. No. : |
STK3-731H |
Product Overview : |
Recombinant Human MST2, full length, amino acids M1-F491, untagged, expressed inSf9insect cells. MW = 56,884 Da. |
Description : |
Serine/threonine-protein kinase 3 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the STK3 gene. Protein kinase activation is a frequent response of cells to treatment with growth factors, chemicals, heat shock, or apoptosis-inducing agents. This protein kinase activation presumably allows cells to resist unfavorable environmental conditions. |
Source : |
Baculovirus infected Sf9 cells. |

GST-Affinity Chromatography followed by 3C mediated removal of the GST tag. |
Product Identity : |
MST2 was confirmed as MST2 by mass spectroscopy LC-ESI-MS/MS. |
