||Recombinant Human NMNAT3 is produced inE.coliand fused at the N-terminus to a His-tag. MW=30.3kDa.
||The coenzyme NAD and its derivatives are involved in hundreds of metabolic redox reactions and are utilized in protein ADP-ribosylation, histone deacetylation, and in some Ca(2+) signaling pathways. NMNAT (EC 126.96.36.199) is a central enzyme in NAD biosynthesis, catalyzing the condensation of nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) or nicotinic acid mononucleotide (NaMN) with the AMP moiety of ATP to form NAD or NaAD.
||Liquid. In 50mM sodium phosphate, pH 8.0, containing 300mM sodium chloride, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
||Well suited for the synthesis of NAD analogs due to lower substrate selectivity compared to NMNAT1.
