Immobilized human CD40 / Fc at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind biotinylated human CD40L with a linear range of 7.8-125 ng/ml.
• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human CD40L consists of 161 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 17.7 kDa. It migrates as an 18 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
