Recombinant Human GCGR protein, hFc-tagged

Cat.No. : GCGR-1493H
Product Overview : Recombinant Human GCGR protein(P47871)(Ala26-Lys136), fused with hFc tag, was expressed in HEK293.

Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : hFc
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % – 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions of reconstitution.
Molecular Mass : The protein has a predicted molecular mass of 39.2 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of GCGR-hFc is approximately 55-70 kDa due to glycosylation.
Protein Length : Ala26-Lys136
Purity : The purity of the protein is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and Coomassie blue staining.
Storage : Store at -20°C to -80°C for 12 months in lyophilized form. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -80°C (Avoid repeated freezing and thawing). Lyophilized proteins are shipped at ambient temperature.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
