• Bio-activity: 1.Measured by its ability to inhibit IL2-induced proliferation of Mo7e cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.2-1.2 μg/mL in the presence of 5 ng/mL of recombinant human IL2. 2.Loaded Recombinant Human IL2Ra / CD25 Protein (His Tag) on His1K Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human IL2 Protein with an affinity constant of 50.5 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384).
• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human IL2Rα consists of 203 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 23.3 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhIL2Rα is approximately 44 kDa due to glycosylation. The molecular weight of this protein is around 32.4 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested).
