Bio-activity : 1.Immobilized Recombinant Human IL-5 Protein (Fc Tag) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human IL-5R alpha Protein (Membrane-bound, His Tag), the EC50 is 60-220 ng/mL. 2.Loaded Recombinant Human IL-5R alpha Protein, Membrane-bound, His Tag on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human IL-5 Protein with an affinity constant of 43.200 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384). 3.Loaded Biotinylated Recombinant Human IL-5 Protein, His & AVI Tag on SA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human IL-5R alpha Protein, Membrane-bound, His Tag with an affinity constant of 17.800 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384).
Molecular Mass : The recombinant Human IL5RA comprises 333 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 38.23 kDa. It migrates as approximately 48.1 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity : ≥ 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 95 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C. Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
