Description : Bone sialoprotein (BSP) is a component of mineralized tissues such as bone, dentin, cementum and calcified cartilage. BSP is a significant component of the bone extracellular matrix and has been suggested to constitute approximately 8% of all non-collagenous proteins found in bone and cementum.
Source : produced serum-free in a human cell line.
Purification : by affinity chromatography.
Storage Buffer : 20 mM TRIS.
Purity : > 95% (SDS-PAGE), reduced band at 70-80 kDa.
Identity : Immuno-Blot with specific monoclonal Ab.
Contents : 10 µg / 100 µg (lyophilized). Resuspend in aqua bidest for required concentration.
