Description : The ITGB3 protein product is the integrin beta chain beta 3. Integrins are integral cell-surface proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. A given chain may combine with multiple partners resulting in different integrins. Integrin beta 3 is found along with the alpha IIb chain in platelets. Integrins are known to participate in cell adhesion as well as cell-surface mediated signalling.
Source : E. coli
Species : Human
Tag : His
Form : Freeze-dried powder
Molecular Mass : 34kDa as determined by SDS-PAGE reducing conditions.
Protein length : Asp135~Ile377
Endotoxin : <1.0EU per 1ug (determined by the LAL method)
Purity : >98%
Characteristic : The isoelectric point is 5.3.
Applications : SDS-PAGE; WB; ELISA; IP; CoIP; Purification; Amine Reactive Labeling.
Stability : The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage : Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Store at 2-8°C for one month. Aliquot and store at -80°C for 12 months.
Concentration : 200ug/mL

Ask a question
Where does ITGB3 exist? 08/16/2022

ITGB3 is mainly found on the surface of PLT and megakaryocytes.

What are the biological functions of ITGB3? 04/07/2022

ITGB3 is involved in the regulation of embryonic development, wound healing, coagulation and hemostasis, and immune response.

ITGB3 is closely associated with the study of which diseases? 03/30/2021

ITGB3 is strongly associated with research into diseases such as colon and prostate cancer.

What are the subtypes of ITGB3? 03/14/2021

There are two types of ITGB3, αvβ3 and αIIbβ3.

What are the consequences of ITGB3 deficiency? 01/14/2021

ITGB3 deficiency led to reduced differentiation of circulating angiogenic cells, as well as reduced adhesion to the subendothelial membrane of injured endothelial cells, the unable to bind to fibrinogen, increasing the risk of vascular leakage or bleeding.
