When 1 x 10E4 cells/well are added to Recombinant Human LAIR2 coated plates (50 μg/ml with 100 μl/well), apximately >40% cells will adhere after 10 minutes at 37°C. Optimal concentration depends on cell type as well as the application or research objectives.
• Molecular Mass: The secreted recombinant human LAIR2 comprises 142 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 15.5 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rhTIMP1 migrates as an apximately 20 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
• Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
• Purity: > 97 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
• Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C upon receiving. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
