Description : | The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor contributes to the clonal expansion, survival, and development of T cells. It can also induce proliferation in peripheral monocytes, enhance T cell apoptosis induced by TCR/CD3 triggered activation, and regulate CD28 co-stimulation to promote Th1 cell responses. The expression of this receptor is induced by lymphocyte activation. TRAF adaptor proteins have been shown to bind to this receptor and transduce the signals leading to activation of NF-kappaB. |

Customer Reviews (3)
Write a reviewGood heat resistance, long time treatment at high temperature, still has activity.
The results obtained by SDS-PAGE or Western blot analysis were good.
The purity is good, and the experimental results obtained are accurate.
Q&As (6)
Ask a questionStudies have found that abnormal expression levels of TNFRSF9 may be associated with certain tumors, autoimmune diseases, and inflammatory diseases.
It has a variety of associations with other proteins and cytokines. For example, it may interact with the NF-kB signaling pathway to regulate the inflammatory response, and it may also interact with apoptosis-related proteins to regulate the apoptosis process.
TNFRSF9 mainly plays an important role in the immune system, as an activating signaling molecule, it is able to stimulate the activation, proliferation and survival of T cells and NK cells.
Inhibitors or activators targeting TNFRSF9 may have potential applications for the treatment of certain tumors, autoimmune diseases, and inflammatory diseases.
The extracellular domain of TNFRSF9 can bind to its ligand, such as 4-1BBL, to initiate signal transduction, which in turn activates downstream signaling pathways.
TNFRSF9 has some potential in tumor immunotherapy. Several antibody drugs have been developed to use the stimulating effects of TNFRSF9 to enhance the activity of immune cells to fight tumors.
