This gene is a member of the myelin transcription factor 1 gene family. The encoded protein, a zinc finger DNA-binding protein, is involved in regulation of oligodendrocyte differentiation and proliferation in the developing central nervous system. The gene product has a role in remyelination through regeneration of oligodendrocyte lineage cells in response to demyelination. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. |

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate of the target protein. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss of this protein is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. |
