Predicted N-terminus: Val 20. This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag. The protein has a calculated MW of 25.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-50 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation. The biotin to protein ratio is 0.5-1 as determined by the HABA assay.
