Western blot of cell lysate obtained from cells expressing an inducible CYP1B1. Cells were grown in YP-GAL. The molecular weight markers are shown in the first lane and the protein is shown in the second lane. A band of approximately 58 kDa was detected, as indicated by the arrow.

Growth curves of the DNA repair rad4 rad51 mutant expressing CYP1B1, CYP1A2, CYP1A1 or no CYP (pGAC-24) after exposure to AFB 1 or BaP-DHD.
