Description : |
Human Flt3 Ligand is a 24-30kDa glycoprotein with a 158 amino acid.Flt3 Ligand is expressed by T cells, bone marrow and thymic fibroblasts. The predominant biologically active form is membrane- bound isoform, which can be proteolytically cleaved to generate a biologically active soluble isoform. Flt3 Ligand synergizes well with a number of other colony stimulating factors and interleukins to regulate proliferation of early hematopoietic cells by activating Flt3. |
