• Description: Human TNF beta (Lymphotoxin-alpha) is a 22 kDa cytokine with 205 amino acid residues. TNF beta belongs to tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily as TNF alpha. Binding to lymphotoxin-β receptor (LtβR), canonical and non-canonical NF-κB signal pathway will be activated. TNF beta is related to apoptosis and inflammatory signals
