Bio-activity : Immobilized Human Syndecan-1, Fc Tag at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-Syndecan-1 antibody, Mouse IgG1 with a linear range of 0.1-3 ng/mL. Immobilized Anti-Syndecan-1 antibody, Mouse IgG1 at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human Syndecan-1, Fc Tag with a linear range of 1-2 ng/mL.
Molecular Mass : This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.The protein has a calculated MW of 50.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 65 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
