The apparent molecular mass of human IL12B & IL23A heterodimer is approximately 24.5, 19 kDa and 15.7 kDa respectively in SDS-PAGE. The molecular weight of this protein is around 29.6 kDa verified by SEC-MALS(Routinely tested).
