Protein Length : 20-503 aa
Description : There are at least four distinct but related alkaline phosphatases: intestinal, placental, placental-like, and liver/bone/kidney (tissue non-specific). The intestinal alkaline phosphatase gene encodes a digestive brush-border enzyme. This enzyme is a component of the gut mucosal defense system and is thought to function in the detoxification of lipopolysaccharide, and in the prevention of bacterial translocation in the gut.
Form : Supplied as 0.2 μm filtered solution in 20 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, 20% Glycerol, pH7.5 with trehalose as protectant.
Bio-activity : Immobilized Mouse ALPI Protein, His Tag at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind various dilution ratio of Anti-ALPP/ALPG/ALPI Polyclonal Antibody.
Molecular Mass : The protein has a calculated MW of 54.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 65-80 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin : Less than 1.0 EU/μg by the LAL method/rFC method.
Purity : >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. >90% as determined by SEC-MALS.
