Description : ll2is an immunoregulatory lymphokine produced by T-cells in response toproteinic or mitogenic stimulation. ll2 signaling is required for T-cellproliferation and other fundamental functions which are essential for theimmune response. ll2 stimulates growth and differentiation of B-cells, NKcells, lymphokine activated killer cells, monocytes, macrophages andoligodendrocytes.
