Antigen Description : |
The protein IL1 RL1, also known as T1, ST2, is a member of the interleukin-1 receptor family with a soluble secreted form (sST2) and a transmembrane form (ST2L). The coding gene forms a cytokine receptor gene cluster together with IL1R1(interleukin 1 receptor, type I), IL1R2(interleukin 1 receptor, type I I) and IL1RL2(interleukin 1 receptor-like 2) genes in a region mapped to chromosome 2q12. As an important mediator involved in many immune and inflammatory responses, this cytokine has been implicated as a regulator of both the development and effector phases of type 2 helper T cell responses, and as a negative feedback modulator of macrophage pro-inflammatory function. IL33 is a specific ligand of the protein IL1RL1 and induces production of Th2 cytokines. |

Western blot: This antibody can be used at 1-2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Human IL1R4 in WB.Using a DAB detection system, the detection limit for Human IL1R4 is approximately 1 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions and 0.125 ng/lane under reducing conditions.Direct ELISA: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Human IL1R4. The detection limit for Human IL1R4 is approximately 0.00245 ng/well. |

This antibody was obtained from a rabbit immunized with purified, human cell-derived, recombinant Human IL1RL1 / IL1R4 ( rh IL1RL1 / IL1R4; Met 1 - Phe 328; NP_003847.2) |
Format : |
0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS with 5% trehalose |
Storage : |
This antibody can be stored at 2-8 °C for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20 to -70 °C. Preservative-Free.Sodium azide is recommended to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%-0.1%). It is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
