Recombinant Human Myosin, Light Chain 4, Alkali; Atrial, Embryonic, His-tagged

Cat.No.: MYL4-6857H
Product Overview: Recombinant human MYL4 protein, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. MW: 22.6 kDa.
Description: MYL4 is a hexameric ATPase cellular motor protein. MYL4 is composed of two heavy chains, two nonphosphorylatable alkali light chains, and two phosphorylatable regulatory light chains. MYL4 encodes a myosin alkali light chain that is found in embryonic muscle and adult atria. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
