Recombinant Human PDGFRA, His-tagged

Cat. No. : PDGFRA-3560H
Product Overview : Recombinant human PDGFRA protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purifed by conventional chromatography, after refolding of the isolated inclusion bodies in a renaturation buffer (24-524 aa).
Description : PDGFRA, also known as platelet derived growth factor receptor alpha, is a cell surface tyrosine kinase receptor for members of the platelet-derived growth factor family. This protein can bind to both A and B subunits of PDGF. It is particularly important for kidney development since mice heterozygous for the receptor exhibit defective kidney phenotypes.
