Recombinant Human Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3 Beta, His-tagged

Cat. No. : GSK3B-1022H
Product Overview : Recombinant full-length human GSK3B was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal His tag.
Description : GSK3B is a serine threonine protein kinase that was originally identified as the kinase that phosphorylates and inhibits glycogen synthase. GSK3B is ubiquitously present in human tissues and implicated in the regulation of several physiological processes, including the control of glycogen and protein synthesis by insulin, modulation of the transcription factors AP-1 and CREB.
Applications : Kinase Assay; Western Blot
Molecular Weight : 48 kDa
Expression System : Sf9 insect cells using baculovirus
Species : Human
Form : Recombinant protein stored in 50 mM sodium phosphate, PH 7.0, 300 mM NaCI, 150 mM imidazole, 0.25 mM DTT, 0.1 mM PMSF, 25% glycerol.
