Recombinant Human Platelet-Derived Growth Factor Receptor, Alpha Polypeptide

Cat.No. : PDGFRA-1576H
Product Overview : Recombinant Human PDGF alpha receptor extracellular domain is produced by genetically engineered Spodoptera frugiperdainsect cells (Sf9)infected with recombinant baculovirus, and purified by lectin affinity chromatography.

Cat. No. : PDGFRA-1576H
Description : TNFR1 belongs to the TNFR superfamily of transmembrane proteins, and is expressed in most cell types. Binding of either TNF-alpha or TNF-beta to TNFR1 initiates a signal transduction pathway that results in the activation of the transduction factor NFkB, whose target genes are involved in the regulation of inflammatory responses, and, in certain cells induce apoptosis.
Source : Sf9.
Availability : Available.
Isotype : N/A.
Purity : Over 85% pure by SDS gel electrophoresis.
Formulation : 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.0. Concentration: 0.50 mg protein/ml.
Biological Activity : The material is able to bind the ligand (PDGF) as demonstrated by immobilizing the PDGF receptor extracellular domain and establishing competition of binding with radioiodinated PDGF.
Stability : At least 2 months at -80°C.
Storage : Store at -80°C.
