Cat. No. : CCL13-2792H
Product Overview : Recombinant human CCL13 protein (24-98aa), fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
Description : CCL13 is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family that is also known as thymus and activation regulated chemokine (TARC). This protein induces chemotaxis in monocytes, eosinophils, T lymphocytes, and basophils by binding cell surface G-protein linked chemokine receptors such as CCR2, CCR3 and CCR5. It can be induced by the inflammatory cytokines interleukin-1 and TNF-α.
Source : E.coli.
Sequences : MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MQPDALNVPS TCCFTFSSKK ISLQRLKSYV ITTSRCPQKA VIFRTKLGKE ICADPKEKWV QNYMKHLGRK AHTLKT.
Form : Liquid. In 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH7.4) containing 0.1M Nacl, 1mM DTT, 10% glycerol.
Molecular Weight : 10.8 kDa (96aa),confirmed by MALDI-TOF.
Purity : > 90% by SDS – PAGE.
Concentration : 0.25 mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay).
Storage : Can be stored at +4°C short term (1-2 weeks). For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or -70°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
