Description : | B lymphocyte chemoattractant, independently cloned and named Angie, is a CXC chemokine strongly expressed in the follicles of the spleen, lymph nodes, and Peyer's patches. It preferentially promotes the migration of B lymphocytes (compared to T cells and macrophages), apparently by stimulating calcium influx into, and chemotaxis of, cells expressing Burkitt's lymphoma receptor 1 (BLR-1). It may therefore function in the homing of B lymphocytes to follicles. |

Q&As (6)
Ask a questionExpression pattern of CXCL13 protein may be related to the clinical prognosis of specific diseases, but the specific association needs further research and verification.
The protein is mainly expressed in immune cells by activated dendritic cells, macrophages and inflammatory cells.
The expression of CXCL13 protein is regulated by a variety of signaling pathways, including NF-κB, AP-1, etc. Stimulation of inflammatory factors and cytokines may lead to upregulation of CXCL13 expression.
In lymph node metastasis, the CXCL13 protein promotes the localization and metastasis of cancer cells by attracting CXCR5-positive cancer cells or immune cells.
CXCL13 protein plays an important role in immune regulation and inflammatory response, and studying the function and regulatory mechanism of CXCL13 protein will help the development of new drugs, such as targeted drugs targeting CXCL13 and its related signaling pathways, which may be applied to the treatment of related diseases.
The CXCL13 protein is involved in immunomodulation, and its bound antibodies or specific receptor antagonists may contribute to the design and development of immunotherapy.
Customer Reviews (3)
Write a reviewStability of CXCL13 was very good during long-term storage, and its properties remained unchanged after prolonged storage, indicating its excellent storage stability.
The broad storage conditions of proteins make the experimental process more stable and reliable, which provides strong support for scientific research.
In the process of CXCL13 production, it can be seen that it pays great attention to purity and biological activity, which makes its product extremely reliable.
