The recombinant heterodimer of human FCGRT/B2M comprises 384 (285+99) amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 43.5 (31.8+11.7) kDa. The apparent molecular mass of human FCGRT/B2M heterodimer is approximately 35 & 12 kDa respectively in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. |

Reconstitution : |
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents. |
