Recombinant Human IL27, Fc tagged

Cat.No. : IL27-150H
Product Overview : Recombinant Human IL27 composed of IL27B subunit (NP_005746.2) (Met 1-Lys 229) and the N-terminally truncated IL27p28 subunit (NP_663634.2) (Phe 29-Pro 243) linked by an polypeptide linker, fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, was produced in Human Cells.

Source : Human Cells
Species : Human
Tag : Fc
Form : Lyophilized from sterile 100mM Glycine, 10mM NaCl, 50mM Tris, pH 7.5
Molecular Mass : The mature recombinant human IL27 (IL27B & IL27p28 complex)/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The monomer consists of 665 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 75.4 kDa. By SDS-PAGE, the apparent molecular mass of rhIL27 complex/Fc is approximately 90-95 kDa due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Storage : Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
