Predicted N Terminal : |
Tyr 34 (ITGA4) & Gln 21 (ITGB1) |
Form : |
Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4, 10% trehalose. |
Bio-activity : |
Immobilized Natalizumab at 1 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human ITGA4 & ITGB1 Heterodimer Protein with a linear range of 2-31 ug/mL. |
Molecular Mass : |
Biotinylated Human ITGA4 & ITGB1 Heterodimer Protein, produced by co-expression of ITGA4 and ITGB1, has a calculated MW of 113.2 kDa (ITGA4) & 83.7 kDa (ITGB1). The reducing protein migrates as 100-150 kDa (ITGA4) and 65-85 kDa (ITGB1) respectively due to glycosylation. |
Endotoxin : |
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method. |
Purity : |
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
Characteristic : |
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin. The biotin to protein ratio is 0.5-1 as determined by the HABA assay. |
Stability : |
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC. |
Storage : |
For long term storage, the product should be stored at lyophilized state at -20ºC or lower. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. No activity loss is observed after storage at: 4-8ºC for 12 months in lyophilized state; -70ºC for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution. |
Reconstitution : |
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents. |
