Cat.No. : | MAP3K1-1540H Optional Service: Optional requirements on this protein |
Product Overview : | Recombinant Human MAP3K1 aa. (Ile1307~Arg1509 (Accession # Q13233)) fused with N-terminal His & T7 tag was produced in E. coli cells. |
Description : | The protein encoded by this gene is a serine/threonine kinase and is part of some signal transduction cascades, including the ERK and JNK kinase pathways as well as the NF-kappa-B pathway. The encoded protein is activated by autophosphorylation and requires magnesium as a cofactor in phosphorylating other proteins. This protein has E3 ligase activity conferred by a plant homeodomain (PHD) in its N-terminus and phospho-kinase activity conferred by a kinase domain in its C-terminus. |
Source : | E. coli |
Species : | Human |
Tag : | His & T7 |
Form : | Freeze-dried powder |
Molecular Mass : | Predicted Molecular Mass: 26.1kDa. |
Protein length : | Ile1307~Arg1509 (Accession # Q13233) |

Stability : | The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. |
