Ask a question
How about the inheritance pattern of CDH1 gene mutations? 09/25/2019

CDH1 gene mutations are usually passed on in an autosomal dominant manner, depending on the type and location of the mutation.

What screening is required for carriers of CDH1 gene mutations? 08/03/2019

Carriers of CDH1 gene mutations should have gastroscopy, ultrasonography, and other related tests to monitor the development and progression of stomach cancer.

Can CDH1 gene mutations be prevented or treated? 06/14/2019

For people with mutations in the CDH1 gene, prophylactic total gastrectomy may reduce the risk of diffuse stomach cancer. There is currently no specific treatment to target CDH1 gene mutations.

Which gastric cancer subtypes are associated with CDH1 mutations? 04/21/2019

CDH1 gene mutation is closely related to the occurrence of diffuse gastric cancer, which is a special subtype of gastric cancer with a high degree of invasion and malignancy.

What are the effects of CDH1 gene mutations on cell adhesion and tissue differentiation? 04/01/2019

The CDH1 gene encodes a protein called E-calcin that plays an important role in cell adhesion and tissue differentiation. Mutations in the CDH1 gene may affect these processes, resulting in abnormal cell adhesion and tissue differentiation.

What is the relationship between CDH1 gene mutations and breast cancer? 03/24/2019

CDH1 gene mutations may be associated with the development of a small number of breast cancers, because CDH1 also plays a role in regulating cell adhesion and tissue structure in breast tissue.

This recombinant protein has a very short half-life and shows a very high clearance rate, which makes its biological activity more stable.

    05/27/2020

The protein was highly purified and was not doped with other proteins or impurities.

      05/21/2019

CDH1 has similar activity to the native protein and is able to perform the expected biological functions.
