Description : Predicted to enable CCR chemokine receptor binding activity and chemokine activity. Involved in response to glucocorticoid. Predicted to be active in extracellular space. Biomarker of glomerulonephritis and nephrosis. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; multiple sclerosis; pulmonary tuberculosis; and tuberculosis. Orthologous to human CCL1 (C-C motif chemokine ligand 1).
Source : E. coli
Species : Rat
Tag : N-His
Form : Freeze-dried powder
Molecular Mass : Predicted Molecular Mass: 11.6 kDa; Accurate Molecular Mass: 12 kDa
Protein length : Lys24-Cys92
Purity : > 90%
Applications : Positive Control; Immunogen; SDS-PAGE; WB.
Stability : The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 centigrade for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage : Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Store at 2-8 centigrade for one month. Aliquot and store at -80 centigrade for 12 months.

How does CCL1 contribute to the pathogenesis of inflammatory conditions? 04/30/2021

CCL1 promotes the recruitment of immune cells to inflamed tissues, exacerbating inflammation and contributing to the pathogenesis of various inflammatory conditions.

Are there any ongoing clinical trials targeting CCL1 for therapeutic intervention? 06/26/2020

Several clinical trials are exploring the therapeutic potential of targeting CCL1 in autoimmune diseases and inflammatory disorders to modulate immune responses.

How does CCL1 interact with other immune modulators, and what implications does this have for drug development? 03/24/2020

CCL1 interacts with various immune modulators, and understanding these interactions is crucial for developing targeted therapies that can modulate the immune response more effectively.

In what ways does CCL1 participate in the regulation of immune responses? 05/25/2018

CCL1 regulates immune responses by influencing the migration and activation of specific immune cells, modulating the overall immune system's activity.

How does CCL1 influence the migration of specific immune cell types, and how is this mechanism exploited in clinical applications? 05/16/2016

CCL1 selectively influences the migration of specific immune cell types, and understanding this mechanism is essential for developing therapies that target specific immune responses in various diseases.
