| Conjugate : |
C-hFc |
| Form : |
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 8% trehalose, 8% mannitol. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization. |
| Bioactivity : |
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human IL27 at 20 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind human IL27Ra with a linear range of 0.064-1.6 μg/ml. |
| MolecularMass : |
The recombinant human IL27Rα/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein after removal of the signal peptide. The reduced monomer consists of 722 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 79 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rh IL27Rα/Fc monomer migrates as an approximately 105-115 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. |
| Endotoxin : |
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method |
| Purity : |
> 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE |
| Storage : |
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C. Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
| Reconstitution : |
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents. |
