Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : His
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : 1. Measured by its ability to convert the substrate nicotinamide guanine dinucleotide(NGD+) to cyclic GDPribose. The specific activity is > 2,500 pmoles/min/μg. 2. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD38 His at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Mouse Anti-CD38 Antibody, the EC50 of Mouse Anti-CD38 Antibody is 30-120 ng/mL.
Molecular Mass : The secreted recombinant human CD38 comprises 269 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 31.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rhCD38 migrates as an approximately 43-45 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Protein Length : Val43-Ile300
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Purity : > 97 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Storage : Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
Publication :
Positiver indirekter Antihumanglobulintest durch Daratumumab-Strategien für die transfusionsmedizinische Versorgung. (2016)
