Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD38 His at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Mouse Anti-CD38 Antibody, the EC50 of Mouse Anti-CD38 Antibody is 30-120 ng/mL.
• Molecular Mass: The secreted recombinant human CD38 comprises 269 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 31.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rhCD38 migrates as an approximately 43-45 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
