Description : | This gene encodes a protein that may play a role in organelle biogenesis associated with melanosomes, platelet dense granules, and lysosomes. The encoded protein is part of the heterotetrameric AP-3 protein complex which interacts with the scaffolding protein clathrin. Mutations in this gene are associated with Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome type 2. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. |

Customer Reviews (4)
Write a reviewIn the case of repeated experiments, the stability of this protein is still very good, indicating that it has high repeatability and reproducibility.
Strip location in the Western blot was accurate and showed good specificity.
Green production process of AP3B1 focuses on sustainable development and maximizes the utilization of energy and resources by optimizing the production process and equipment.
The short half-life and high clearance properties of AP3B1 allow it to act quickly in the body and be cleared quickly, reducing the risk of side effects.
Q&As (10)
Ask a questionThe study of recombinant AP3B1 may help us better understand and treat diseases associated with abnormal intracellular vesicle transport.
The AP3B1 should be frozen at -80°C to ensure its long-term stability.
At present, there is no clear evidence that the AP3B1 has anti-tumor effect, but it may have a certain application prospect in the field of tumor therapy.
The recombinant AP3B1 protein can be used as a carrier to help transport drugs to specific organelles or tissues, thereby improving the efficiency of drug delivery.
AP3B1 can be expressed, extracted and purified in cells by genetic engineering technology.
The current study shows that the AP3B1 does not cause a significant immune response in most people.
Mutations in the AP3B1 gene can lead to an inherited neurodevelopmental disorder, AP-3 associated intracellular transport deficiency. AP3B1 research may contribute to the treatment and understanding of related diseases.
AP3B1 has potential application in disease treatment, drug delivery and other fields, but it is still in the research stage.
AP3B1 can bind to specific cell membrane proteins, and has certain targeting effects in vitro and in vivo.
The current study shows that the AP3B1 is safe at appropriate doses. Of course, further confirmation is needed before clinical application.
