Cat. No. : | IL3RA-1644H |
Description : | Interleukin 3 receptor alpha (IL3RA), also known as CD123 (Cluster of Differentiation 123), is a type I transmembrane protein that is expressed on the large majority of progenitor cells. IL-3R alpha function can be defined by the activity of its ligand interleukin-3. IL-3 is a multipotent cytokine that promotes the development of hemopoietic progenitors into cells of the erythroid, myeloid and lymphoid lineages.1CD123 may be a promising strategy for the preferential ablation of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) cells. |

Q&As (6)
Ask a questionThe feasibility of personalized therapy depends on the specific disease type and patient situation, and more research is needed to determine the application of personalized therapy to Il3ra.
Il3ra has certain promise in clinical application, especially in the treatment of immune-related diseases.
Regulates the proliferation and differentiation of immune cells by binding to its interacting cytokine IL-3, and plays a role in regulating the function of the immune system.
Clinical trials of recombinant Il3ra have been conducted in different disease areas. At present, some early trials show its potential in the treatment of certain diseases, but more research is needed to verify its efficacy and safety.
The Il3ra can regulate the proliferation and differentiation of different types of immune cells in the immune system, thus affecting the function of the immune system.
Il3ra is generally well tolerated, but some minor side effects such as headache and nausea may occur. Serious side effects are rare.
