Cat. No. : IL3RA-1644H
Description : Interleukin 3 receptor alpha (IL3RA), also known as CD123 (Cluster of Differentiation 123), is a type I transmembrane protein that is expressed on the large majority of progenitor cells. IL-3R alpha function can be defined by the activity of its ligand interleukin-3. IL-3 is a multipotent cytokine that promotes the development of hemopoietic progenitors into cells of the erythroid, myeloid and lymphoid lineages.1CD123 may be a promising strategy for the preferential ablation of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) cells.
Source : Mammalian cells
State Of Matter : Lyophilized.
Purity : >97% by SDS Page and analyzed by silver stain.
Endotoxin : <0.1 ng per 1 µg as determined by the LAL method.
Molecular Weight : The predicted molecular weight of Recombinant Human IL-3 sRα is Mr 33 kDa.
Storage And Stability : This lyophilized protein is stable for six to twelve months when stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C. After aseptic reconstitution, this protein may be stored at 2°C to 8°C for one month or at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
